Ticket facts
Note: Not all details regarding ticket prices and ticket zones have been finalised. The following is a preliminary overview
- with the proviso that there may be some changes.
- The three World Championships arenas (Midtstubakken, Holmenkollbakken and the cross-country arena) have been divided into ticket zones with 4-5 different price categories.
- For seven of the race days there are day passes. These provide admission to all of the day's events (up to three) regardless of arena or sport.
- On four days, ticket sales will be by event. This applies to Saturday, 26 February, Sunday, 27 February, Thursday, 3 March and Saturday, 5 March. For these days, day passes will be available only on "Gratishaugen" (now called "VM-haugen), since from this mound spectators have a good view of both the cross-country arena and Holmenkollbakken.
- In all three arenas there are a limited number of numbered seats in the most expensive ticket zones. Otherwise there is unnumbered standing room in all the other zones.
- The prices are family-friendly, with children under 12 free in the least expensive ticket zones (when accompanied by an adult).
- Tickets cost from NOK 295 to NOK 775 (exclusive service fee). Exact prices per zone and ticket type will be announced when tickets go on sale September 1st.
- Tickets will be sold via the Internet (www.billettservice.no), by phone on 815 33 133 and at sales outlets throughout Norway.
