Individual requests for reimbursement of tickets
Persons who did not reach the competition Saturday February 26th in time may send an e-mail to info@oslo2011.no with a short description of the situation, your contact details and attach electronic copies of the tickets.We would like to ask for your understanding with regards to the time delay it may take to process your request for reimbursement. The World Ski Championship 2011 organization and the transport company Ruter will assess each request for reimbursement on an individual basis.
