Pr. person pr. night in double room incl. full board (breakfast, lunch-to-go, dinner): NOK 1195

Regulations
All prices are in NOK. The exchange rate per pr 10 December: 1 Euro = 7,9 NOK. Participants are requested to pay their personal expenses directly to the hotel when checking out
Payment conditions:
The reservation is binding and 100% of the reservation has to be pre-paid by credit card or by an invoice upon reservation.

All cancellations and changes must be in writing by e-mail to Gyro Conference AS, teamaccommodation@oslo2011.no or by fax to +47 6128 7330
Cancellation after 15 November - No refund (100 % of the reservation has to be paid)
This also applies for reservations done after 15 November 2010
In case of no show - No refund (100 % of the reservation has to be paid)
