The Local Organizing Committee has reserved rooms for sponsors, guests and other groups at several different hotels in the
city centre of Oslo. All the hotels are of a very high standard in different price categories and with special prices negotiated
by the LOC.
The hotels are located close to the Medal Plaza, Oslo Central Station, the Airport Express Train and the metro. Transportation
time to the venues in Holmenkollen is approximately 25 minutes.
At the official hotels we will offer you information about the event, program, weather reports and result service from our attended service desk.

Accommodation
The accommodation will be handled by Gyro Conference AS. For reservations and questions about booking and capacity please contact them at accommodation@oslo2011.no
All prices are in NOK. The exchange rate per 9 December 2010 are 1 Euro = NOK 7,9
Payment conditions:
The reservation is binding and 100% of the reservation has to be pre-paid by credit card or by an invoice upon reservation. Participants are requested to pay their personal expenses directly to the hotel when checking out.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations and changes must be in writing by e-mail to Gyro Conference AS, accommodation@oslo2011.no or by fax to +47 6128 7330
Cancellation after 1 October 2010: No refund (100 % of the reservation has to be paid). This also applies for reservations done after 1 October 2010.
In case of no show – No refund (100 % of the reservation has to be paid)
